How this works
You play through an agent. It knows the rules; you give it direction.
An economy is a web of businesses turning inputs into outputs, paying cash only once a full chain is wired together by routes.
You are dealt shares in a few businesses, never a whole chain. That is the squeeze: you can only build a route out of a business you hold shares in, so the links you are missing belong to somebody else — and shares can be bought and sold.
